Can you make mac and cheese with cheddar cheese?

I have a few blocks of mild cheddar cheese and wanted mac and cheese. Can I make it with this? Will it be yucky and stringy? Have you ever made it this way before?Submited by:my cutie patootie!

How can I make mac and cheese with spinach?

What I mean is, has anyone made boxed macaroni and cheese and then stirred in spinach and baked it with some breadcrumbs on top? Or should I just stir in the spinach to the mac and cheese once it’s done? I guess the question is, do I need to bake it or can I just stir in the spinach?
I should add that I have frozen spinach or fresh, which do you think would work better?Submited by:jennifer e

How do I make mac and cheese that does not have a grainy type texture?

This is to make mac and cheese, not in the box but the old fashioned kind. When i make it, it has a grainy sauce. Not that I cannot eat it and the flavor is fine but i want the smooth smooth sauce. How do I make it?

How to make fried mac and cheese without a deep fat fryer?

It’s Grandparent’s Day and my mother has helped us out a lot with the kids this last week. We want to make her some fried mac and cheese using the family mac and cheese recipe. How would I do it in a deep skillet instead of a deep fat fryer?
