I guess it is. But I’m not yet smart enough to want to do anything special, so it works for me now. I’ll figure out it’s flaws later, like the ability to do nothing. SUDO PAPERWEIGHT MODE.

dude for the price of the cheapest imac(1199) u can buy a corei7 920/x58/ gtx 275 sli/ 12gigs of ram/ burners and alot more stuff, all u can in a mac is a 3 year old core 2 duo.

I think dude if i spent as much on my PC as people do for their Macs I would try really hard to defend it too. Macs are for pretentious little trust fund kids to dick around with at coffee shops so other people will think they know something about computers.

I think I don’t mean your stupid “oh my fan stopped working properly” problems. I mean the endless “oh well my mac just went KABOOM and it doesn’t work anymore” problems that i’ve heard my friends complain about too many times. One of my friends has actually had to send his imac in 7 times….

You go to an Apple Store and you have the Genius Bar, that offers a free “hotline” in live. If your mac is under warranty, the problem will be fixed on 24/48 hours. If you’re not under warranty, it’s like your bloody pc’s. My Mac (a Macbook Unibody) had one problem (the fan had to be changed). I bring my laptop in the Apple Store, and the day after, I bring my Mac to his home, with the new fan in, and all a cleaning done to it. So ? What’s the problem with Mac ? Stupid Windows fanboy !
