How to download youtube videos in original high quality?

So the same happens for all the uploaded video right? So, is there any way in which I can download other videos in original high quality?

Where can I download the Korean version of Sugar Sugar Rune Opening Theme Song?

I downloaded the Japanese one (I think it’s called Chocolat a la Foile!) but I wanted the Korean version. It can probably be ripped off of youtube or something but I don’t have the technology to do that >.> Does anyone know where I can download that opening theme song? Thank you very much!

ive reinstelld windows not long time ago and some of the files ware missing but ive continued any way and after it finishd im unable to use windows media player or play ANY sound at all!!
and i can back up what shuld i do?
